We want you to be completely satisfied with your art print purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help. This refund policy outlines the terms for returning or exchanging art prints purchased online.
Eligibility for Refunds
Timeframe: You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your art print for damaged or defective art work. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Condition: The art print must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a refund.
Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made prints, limited edition prints, or digital downloadable artworks are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Prints
If your art print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. annmareemorgan@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
We will either replace the print free of charge or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.
Return Process
Contact Us: Email annmareemorgan@gmail.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for return.
Authorisation: We will respond instructions for return shipping.
Packaging: Securely package the art print using the original packaging materials or equivalent protective materials. Include the order number and proof of purchase.
Shipping: Ship the item using a trackable service with insurance for high-value items. We recommend retaining tracking information until the refund is processed.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned art print, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized, commissioned or made-to-order prints (unless damaged or defective).
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).
Additional Notes
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or defect.
International Orders: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes, unless the return is due to damage or defect.
Lost or Damaged Returns: We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method.
